Ford Motor Company's F-Series trucks have claimed the title of 'best-selling truck' for the 37th straight year.

Not only has the F-Series surpassed 2012 sales of more than 645-thousand units, but the trucks are now in line to be the best-selling vehicle in the United States for the past 32 years, according to officials at the automaker.  Ford Truck Marketing Manager Eric Peterson says the F-Series sales continues to outpace sales of the Chevrolet Silverado and Dodge Ram 15-hundred because they stay current and meet consumer demands.

In October, F-Series sales exceeded 63-thousand trucks, up 13-percent. Peterson says if this pace continues it will put F-Series sales on par with 2006, before the economic downtown.
